The calls you’re already getting

You know the request. You just don’t know how to answer it.

The daughter asking if you’d come see her mother. The client whose mobility changed and can’t manage your stairs anymore. The assisted living director who heard about you from a resident’s family.

And you say what most of us said the first time:

“Let me think about how that would work.”

Then you don’t call back — because you don’t know what to charge, what to bring, how to keep it sanitary in someone’s living room, or whether your state board even allows it.

Meanwhile there are people in your city who cannot get to a salon and cannot cut their own toenails. Nobody is serving them. And the professionals who figure out how to serve them well are building practices with waiting lists.

The reframe

Mobile isn’t a discount. It’s a specialty.

Most nail professionals treat mobile as a favor — same price as in-suite, or less, because “I’m just going to them.” That’s backwards.

You are bringing a licensed professional, sterilized equipment, and clinical-level foot care to someone who has no other option. That is a premium service delivered to an underserved market, and it should be priced like one.

The techs who burn out on mobile aren’t burning out because mobile is hard. They burn out because they underpriced it, overpacked for it, and had no policies protecting their time.

This workshop fixes all three.

Inside the workshop

What We’ll Cover

The business behind taking your services beyond the suite.

01

The Mobile Model

Is mobile right for your business—and is it allowed where you’re licensed? We’ll start with the foundation you need before taking your services beyond the suite.

02

Pricing for Profit

Mobile shouldn’t feel like an expensive favor. We’ll explore pricing, travel, and what it takes to make mobile financially worthwhile.

03

What’s Actually in My Setup

Get a look inside my mobile setup and the lessons I’ve learned about traveling prepared, professional, and efficient.

04

Sanitation on the Road

Your standards shouldn’t change because your location does. We’ll discuss maintaining professional infection-control practices beyond the suite.

05

The Mobile Client Experience

From inquiry to rebooking, we’ll look at what helps create a professional, consistent client experience on the road.

06

Getting Mobile Clients

Your clients aren’t only on social media. We’ll explore visibility, referrals, and reaching the people who need your services.

07

Building Professional Relationships

Some of your best opportunities may come through the right relationships. Learn how to start thinking beyond individual appointments.

08

Certifications & Professional Boundaries

More access doesn’t mean more scope. We’ll discuss education, credentials, professional boundaries, and knowing when to refer.

09

Systems That Make Mobile Work

Mobile can become chaotic quickly without systems. We’ll look at what needs to be in place before your schedule starts growing.

The part nobody tells you

What I Wish I’d Known Before Going Mobile

The mistakes. The lessons. The things I stopped doing—and what I would do differently if I were starting again today.

I’m sharing what experience taught me so you don’t have to learn everything the expensive way.

And Yes—Bring Your Questions.

We’ll close with a live Q&A so licensed professionals in the room can bring their real-world questions to the conversation.

Included with registration

Four tools you’ll actually open again

Not a pile of PDFs. Four working documents, built from the practice I run.

I

The Tools I Use

My actual mobile kit, itemized: equipment, implements, PPE, disposables, and products — with what I buy, what I skipped, and where I source it.

II

Client Screening & Intake Forms

Editable intake, consent, and aftercare forms — plus contraindication screening for high-risk and compromised feet.

III

Business Structure Guide

How a mobile practice gets built underneath: entity questions, insurance coverage to ask about, recordkeeping, and a directory of every state board so you can verify your own rules.

IV

Mobile Pricing Worksheet

Travel minimum formula, mileage zone calculator, and facility day rate structure. Fill it in during the workshop.

Plus 24-hour replay access — one more pass while it’s still fresh.

Before you register

Let’s make sure this is the right room for you

This is for you if

  • You’re a licensed nail professional, in any state
  • You’re getting mobile requests you don’t know how to answer
  • You want more revenue without more suite hours
  • You’re drawn to foot care for seniors, homebound, and mobility-limited clients

This isn’t for you if

  • You’re not licensed
  • You want hands-on technique training — this is business and systems
  • You’re looking for medical or podiatric instruction
  • You want someone to tell you mobile is legal everywhere. It isn’t.
Your instructor

I’m Kujuria — and I built this out of necessity, not theory.

Certified Master Pedicurist

I own The Nail Technologist in Memphis, where I specialize in advanced and restorative foot care, soakless pedicures, and mobile services for clients who may have difficulty accessing traditional salon care.

As a Certified Master Pedicurist, I’ve pursued advanced education focused on specialized pedicure and foot-care services, then built my mobile service on top of that training. I also figured out the business side the expensive way: I underpriced, I overpacked, and I drove across Memphis for appointments that barely covered gas.

What I’m teaching on September 28 is the system I use now. Not a theory about mobile foot care — the actual operating manual, taught by the person who runs it.

Questions

Before you ask

Is this hands-on?
No. This is a business and systems workshop delivered live on Zoom. You’ll leave knowing how to structure, price, equip, and market a mobile practice — not with new clinical technique.
I’m not a CMP. Can I still come?
Yes. This is for any licensed nail professional. We’ll talk about where advanced credentialing fits, but it isn’t a prerequisite.
Is mobile foot care legal in my state?
That depends on your state, and it’s the first thing we cover. Some states require all services to be performed in a licensed establishment. Some allow mobile with a separate license or permit. Some have a specific exemption for homebound clients or care facilities. Every registrant gets the state board directory so you can verify your own rules directly with the source.
Does the business structure guide tell me how to set up my LLC and taxes?
It tells you what to decide and what to ask — entity options, the insurance coverage mobile work actually requires, recordkeeping, and the questions to bring to an accountant or attorney. It does not give legal or tax advice, and it shouldn’t. My job is making sure you know what you don’t know before you go mobile.
What if I can’t attend live?
Replay access is available for 24 hours after the workshop. Come live if you can — the Q&A is where the specific questions get answered, and I can’t answer yours if you’re not there.
How do I get the Zoom link and materials?
Your confirmation email arrives immediately after registration. The Zoom link and your four tools are sent 48 hours before the workshop, with a reminder the day of.
What’s your refund policy?
Registration is non-refundable. Please make sure the date and time work for you before you register — the workshop runs live on Zoom at 7:00 PM CST on Monday, September 28, and replay access is available for 24 hours afterwards.
